Our display is filled everyday with fresh individual desserts. For a special occasion you can order the same in a bigger presentation to share. Just contact us 3 days in advance.

Tarts

Tarts are individual or to share from 4, 6, 8… 12 persons. We use almond flour in many recipes to get a lighter result , with less sugar and less wheat flour.

Fresh berries and custard : raspberry and lemon custard or blueberry and coco.

Fresh fruit tarts

In a base of almond shortbread and almond cream we propose fruits tarts: Blueberry, raspberry, strawberry or a mix of seasonal berries.

Cooked fruit tarts

Pear, apple with walnut and caramel, or seasonal cherry or fig.

Dark chocolate ganache

With salted butter caramel or with coco cream.

Lemon curd tart

In a flaky “feuilletage”.

Sponge bread moist with rum syrup and filled with custard (raisin & rhum or fruit & chantilly).

Mille-feuille

Flaky pastry with light vanilla custard with or without fresh berries.

Choux

Puff pastries filled with chocolate, vanilla or praliné cream.

Opéra

Dark chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream between layers of moist licor of coffee sponged cake.

Elysée

Moist sponge cake filled with fruit marmalade , mousse and curd. Like chocolate and praliné, raspberry and lemon or seasonal mango and passion-fruit & lime.

Trésor

3 layered dark-chocolate hazelnut feuilletine, dark chocolate biscuit & a milk chocolate mousse.

Lingot

Dark chocolate mousse and peanut cream.

Fraisier

(Seasonal) fresh local strawberries in a light vanilla custard and sponge cake. Almond paste on top.

Concorde

Simple and tasty dark chocolate mousse in crunchy chocolate meringue sticks.

Succès (Gluten free)

Macaron style biscuit filled with light butter cream : praliné, coffee, pistachio, raspberry or passion fruit.

Cheese-cake (Gluten free)

With a base of buckwheat biscuit, a fresh cheese mousse with fruits : blueberry, raspberry or apricot.

Gâteaux de Voyage

Lemon Loaf

Made with fresh, squeeze lemon juice and zest for a cake that's like a taste of summer with every bite.

Chocolate Melos or Melitos

Chocolate cake, light and airy chocolate mousse, silky passion fruit ganache filling and softer layer of Italian pistachio cream.

Almond and pear Melos

A lovely pear cake, made with fresh pears, nestled in a lightly sweet and moist almond cake.

Almond Tea Crust (almond Marsipan)

Delicious tea cake filled with marzipan, almond and figs, finished with a honey coconut white chocolate glaze and fresh figs.

Financiers

A small French almond cake, flavoured with beurre noisette topped with raspberry (optional).

Butter cookies

Buttery, tender cookies that can be enjoyed as-is with a cup of coffee or tea.

Brioche

A bread of French origin whose high egg and butter content gives it a rich and tender crumb.
